A: Club Sur is located at 2901 1st Ave South, Seattle WA 98134.
Where is the best place to park?
A: Street parking is available on 1st avenue south and side streets. There are also a few paid parking lots surrounding the venue.
How old do you have to be to attend shows at Club Sur ?
A: We are an ALL AGES event space. However most of our night time shows are 21+. A valid government issued photo ID is required for entry. List of acceptable forms of ID available at: https://lcb.wa.gov/enforcement/acceptable-identification
Where can I buy tickets?
A: Most tickets are available online at www.eventbrite.com. Please check event details for specific ticket information.
Do I need to purchase my tickets in advance?
A: Shows sell out frequently, so please purchase tickets in advance online to avoid missing out. Advanced ticket sales are also more affordable.
How can I reserve a table or seating?
A: Reserved tables are available for select shows. Please see event details for information about reservations.
Do you serve food?
A: Yes, but the menu changes depending on the show. Please email us if you’d like menu details for the night of your show.
Is there re-entry once I am inside?
A: Re-entry is allowed for patrons 21 and over ONLY. We do NOT allow re-entry for patrons under the age of 21. If you are under 21 and you leave the venue, you will not be allowed back in.
Is Club Sur handicap accessible?
A: Yes, Club Sur is handicap accessible. If you need any kind of help, please consult security personnel at the front door upon arrival to the venue for assistance.
Is the time listed door time or show time?
A: The time listed on each show is the DOOR time. The box office opens when the doors open. Show times vary by event.
Do you have a dress code?
A: No shirt, no shoes, no service
B. Shirts, shoes, and pants/shorts/skirts/dresses are required at all times.
No exposed underwear
Tops, bottoms and shoes are required for both men and women.
No spikes allowed.

- No food, beverages, or beverage containers (including re-usable water bottles). Discovery of outside alcohol will result in immediate ejection from the venue.
- No backpacks or large bags.
- No sharpies or markers.
- No stickers of any kind allowed. If your band has stickers please leave them in your vehicle.
- No weapons (even with a concealed weapons permit), chains, pocket knives and Leatherman-style or Swiss Army-style tools, or objects security and performers/tour personnel think could possibly be used as a weapon.
- No non-labeled/improperly-packaged prescription drugs or eye drops (non-prescription or prescription). Discovery of illegal drugs will result in immediate ejection from the venue.
- Hydration packs (i.e. Camelbaks).
Can I bring my camera?
A: Regular phone cameras are usually fine but absolutely no SLR, detachable lens, or professional type cameras will be allowed inside the venue without prior approval. Absolutely no video recording devices of any kind will be tolerated without prior permission from the venue and band.
Can you suggest a hotel?
A: We suggest the Georgetown Motor Inn or The Silver Cloud Inn.
When do you announce new shows?
A: Shows are announced regularly. Check our event calendar and follow us on social media.

What is your refund policy?
A: All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges unless a show is cancelled.
What happens if my event is cancelled or postponed?
A: If your event is cancelled, please return to the point of purchase for refunds. If you purchased tickets online, your credit card will be automatically refunded within one to two weeks of the cancellation. If your event is postponed, your tickets will be honored on the rescheduled date.
Will you book my band?
A: Please send booking inquiries to bookings@seattleclubsur.com. Provide as much information as possible: genre of music, band website or facebook link. Please do not send physical materials to the venue.
