This event is strictly for 21 & over. Proper physical ID will be required to enter.
Please bring a valid physical ID: State-issued ID/Driver License or Passport. No other forms of identification will be accepted! Photocopies or pictures of your IDs on your phone will NOT be accepted. Physical ID required!

Refund Policy
Please note that all ticket sales are final, and no refunds or transfers will be issued under any circumstances.

No Refunds, All Sales Final:
Refunds will not be provided for unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Weather conditions (local or national)
• Natural disasters
• Long wait times or lines
• Family or medical emergencies (including COVID-19)
• Employment issues, such as layoffs
• Traffic, parking problems, or transportation delays

If tickets were purchased for the wrong date, location, or event, we are not required to offer exchanges, transfers, or refunds.

Entry and Behavior:
We reserve the right to refuse entry without refund for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Disorderly behavior
• Non-compliance with venue rules
• Intoxication
• Security concerns

Please be aware that the artist lineup or scheduled performances may be altered without prior notice, and these changes do not entitle you to a refund. Additionally, dissatisfaction with any element of the event—including the music selection, performers, venue décor, food and drink options, service quality, or other amenities—will not be grounds for a refund.
